My Approach to some issues

Finding Your Way:Life is complicated, it's full of twists and turns and sometimes we lose our way. My passion is to support you along this path and honor your courage to start a process of self discovery. We will work together to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life (Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Humanistic Therapy).

Reaching your goals: If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or if you are ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals (Solution Focused therapy).

Managing your emotions and moods: First we identify your stressors and if you are wanting more emotional control, we can learn and practice together the 4 modules of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) : mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness,
distress tolerance and emotional regulation.
Healing from trauma: While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand sources of pain and resolve challenges in your life, with
Internal Family Systems (IFS)  and reprocess past traumas to heal (EMDR) and improve your quality of Life and relationships.

Couples therapy: With my training in couples therapy from experts in the field (Harvil Hendrix, John Gottman, Sue Johnson) and understanding of attachment issues, I help couples get the clarity they need, practice better communication, express their love in a safe and effective way and improve their connection and intimacy.

I believe that therapy can create lasting changes and there can be hope for a brighter future. My life experiences has taught me the greatest lessons: that it’s hard to be human, and as such, you will always deserve all my empathy and attention.
